To meet your individual needs, our Service Department offers multiple levels of Planned Service Agreements (P.S.A.) — Platinum, Gold and Silver. We’ll help you choose the HVAC Maintenance Package that makes sense, and then we’ll customize it to your specific situation. At Heating & Cooling Two, our professional staff offers the benefits and convenience of pre-scheduled HVAC Maintenance on all of your Heating and Cooling equipment including furnace, air conditioner/heat pump, air to air exchanger, boiler, humidifier, fireplace, etc.

Furnaces

Annual tune-up includes:

  • Clean or replace standard air filters
  • Clean and test condensate drain (where applicable)
  • Inspect blower components - clean and/or adjust as necessary
  • Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
  • Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
  • Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
  • Monitor heating cycles
  • Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burners - vacuum and/or adjust as necessary
  • Adjust gas pressure as necessary
  • Inspect pilot operation - adjust as necessary
  • Monitor flue draft for safe operation
  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
  • Inspect heat anticipator settings
  • Inspect thermostat operation

Air Conditioner or Heat Pump

Annual tune-up includes:

  • Clean or replace standard air filters
  • Inspect inside cooling coil (clean at discounted rate if necessary)
  • Inspect primary and secondary drains
  • Clean and test condensate drain (where applicable)
  • Inspect condenser coil - clean as necessary
  • Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
  • Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
  • Monitor air conditioner operating pressure (add additional refrigerant at discounted rate if necessary)
  • Monitor air conditioning cycles
  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
  • Inspect heat anticipator settings
  • Inspect thermostat operation

Humidifier Maintenance

Annual tune-up includes:

  • Replace water panel
  • Flush drain line
  • Clean outside of humidifier
  • Check over operation

Air Exchanger Maintenance

Annual tune-up includes:

  • Clean air exchanger filters (2 filters, 1 core)
  • Wash core; vacuum or wash filters
  • Clean inside components
  • Clean outside vents
  • Test system operation

Boiler Maintenance (Gas and Electric)

Annual tune-up includes:

  • Clean and test condensate drain (where applicable)
  • Inspect blower components - clean and/or adjust as necessary
  • Lubricate all moving parts (where applicable)
  • Inspect and tighten all loose electrical connections
  • Monitor voltage and amperage draw on all motors
  • Monitor heating cycles
  • Inspect for cracked heat exchanger
  • Inspect heat exchanger and burners - vacuum and/or adjust as necessary
  • Adjust gas pressure as necessary
  • Inspect pilot operation - adjust as necessary
  • Monitor flue draft for safe operation
  • Inspect and test safety controls
  • Adjust air flow for proper temperature rise
  • Inspect heat anticipator settings
  • Inspect thermostat operation
  • Check pumps and zone valves
