As part of a central HVAC system, an air source heat pump utilizes outdoor air to heat or cool the home for year-round comfort. It removes warm indoor air during summer to create a cooler environment. In the winter, the exterior condenser unit extracts heat energy from outdoor air and distributes it throughout the home.
Dual fuel systems combine the strengths of a gas furnace and an electric heat pump for ultimate versatility and efficiency. As outdoor temperatures change during winter, the system automatically switches between heat pump and furnace to utilize the most cost-effective fuel source and maintain greater efficiency.
Heating & Cooling Two proudly sells and installs Bryant Hybrid Heat® dual fuel systems. Engineered for exceptional efficiency, these products offer lower heating costs than any gas furnace alone. And because Hybrid Heat® systems have the flexibility to work with multiple fuel sources, they also protect against the impact of unpredictable fuel cost increases.
