You have terrific employees working for you. Specifically, Tim L., who was in the process from estimate to wrap-up; Dan/Construction Supt. and the crew of Tony, Nick and Wayne who worked to install my furnace, et. al. Let me tell you why I have the impression your company has top quality materials and employees with abundant experience, expertise and superlative work ethics.
I began the quest for information about a replacement furnace system last spring by Internet research, talking to friends and family and enduring various sales pitches at the Home and Garden Show. Bryant products seemed to be one of the leaders in qualities I wanted to have for my next (and last) furnace system. I scheduled a visit for an estimate from another Bryant dealer. The estimator was "sold" on Bryant equipment and by the end of his visit, I was too. I was not, however, sold on his expertise or experience, he was a bit vague on some installation details. I reviewed Twin Cities Consumer Checkbook and found positive comments about your company in regard to both price and quality of service. I called Heating & Cooling Two and scheduled an appointment for an estimate with Tim Luhrs. Tim made an excellent first impression, representative of your company. He is also "sold" on Bryant equipment but had historical perspective, experience and buckets of factual detail to justify his faith in the equipment. In regard to the walk-through estimate - WOW! - we covered every question and detail in regard to installation and much more. Tim answered every question, recommended a duct-cleaning company (when I asked for a recommendation) and also told me about Crystal's rebate and/or loan program for energy efficient home improvements. The other estimator hadn't known about Crystal's program. The proof of Tim's accuracy and expertise came during installation...what was on the estimate was the work that was done, in the way we had discussed it. No surprises for me, the homeowner - Yay! Tim was also the soul of patience as I plodded my way through loan and rebate red tape with the City of Crystal and MN Council for Energy and Environment. His follow-up to installation with necessary papers for rebates was extremely quick and in all conversations he was personable, reliable, professional and someone I could simply count on. He is an excellent representative of your company.
Day of installation - boy, am I excited! Your crew of Tony, Nick, Wayne arrive and removal of the old furnace begins. These are good guys - polite, funny and respectful...now I'm wondering if their expertise and work ethic's are as good as their manners. I'm impressed as I keep watching. They work hard but also work smart and seem to work together, well. This is a good team. Dan arrives and I see why he is your superintendent. He has an eye for detail, but the buck stops with him and he wants this job done well and on time. He also knows exactly what he's doing and isn't afraid to pick up a tool to help move the process along. Now we run into unforeseen problems. There is a large hole in some ductwork which was hidden by the old furnace. It must be repaired. There is a leak in a water line. It must be repaired. The repairs are done but the water line, especially, is a stinker and it takes a long time to fix it. The condensate pump doesn't work; they'll have to bring a replacement pump tomorrow. The whole crew has been working as hard and as fast as possible but the job just can't be finished today. Clean up is done, and done well, and the tired crew departs. Dan comes back the next morning to check everything, install the pump and go over operating procedures and the Evolution Control thermostat. Dan is very knowledgeable and a good and thorough teacher. I tell him how impressed was by the performance of his team, his oversight and especially the fact there was absolutely no question that repairs would be made and the job completed to highest professional standards. I am a happy, satisfied client.
Yes, you have a good product. I wrote to tell you about your employees. The reputation of your company rests in large part on the expertise, experience, efficiency, problem solving abilities and work ethic of the people you choose to hire. I have tremendous respect for the work accomplished by your employees, the way it was done and the way I was treated as a client. I would recommend, without reservation, your company to anyone seeking to install or replace HVAC equipment.

Dear Heating & Cooling Two:
I intended to write this letter much sooner, but am finally getting around to doing it now. On May 7, 2009, Heating & Cooling Two installed a new central air conditioner in my home. I am writing to let you know that the service was exceptional. Dan Herrman and the fellow who worked with him were wonderful. They were courteous, professional and very respectful, and they did an outstanding job.
Since I purchased my home in 2004, I have relied on Heating & Cooling Two for annual tune-ups of the furnace and air conditioner. In all instances, from the staff that answers the phone and make the appointments to the service technicians, I have received very good customer service from Heating & Cooling Two.

Dear Bill,
I just wanted to let you know what a great staff you have at Heating & Cooling Two. I am in the process of finishing my basement and a friend recommended you guys to do the vent work. I called and was directed to Chris Havelak. Chris asked me what I needed and set up a time for him to come out and look at what your company could do. Chris showed up on time and asked thoughtful questions on what we we’re planning on for each room in my basement and offered valuable suggestions. Before Chris left he asked if there was any other heating or cooling issue we may have. I’m glad he asked because there was an issue that I had forgotten about until he asked. Chris told me what the problem was and gave me several solutions to it and told me how your company could remedy those problems. Chris was very professional and very helpful through the whole process.
Just a week later your crew was out to our house to do the work. I have absent mindedly forgotten the two gentlemen that did the work on our basement, but they too showed up on time and asked questions. I told them to just use their best judgment and left them to their work. When they finished, I went down to check out my newly vented basement and to say the lest I was very impressed. They we’re able to move a vent that would have been an eye sore in my future bathroom to the adjoining closet and made even that look great. I was amazed at how they we’re able to fit venting pipe where I didn’t think it could fit. They did a fantastic job!
I want to thank your company for being such a pleasure to work with. The whole experience from the initial call to the final piece of venting pipe was the best customer experience I’ve had. Please pass my thanks along to all of your employees that made this, what could have been stressful time, into the best it could possibly be. I will be telling anyone who has any heating and or cooling issues that they need only make one phone call.
